Makenzie is a highly credentialed Cardiovascular Ultrasound Sonographer with over 10 years of specialized experience and multiple advanced certifications in cardiovascular sonography and emergency cardiac care. As CEO and Founder of Mobile Medical Diagnostics, and VP of Clinical Operations for Outfront Health, she has built a reputation for precision, leadership, and innovation — from launching ultrasound programs for large clinical groups to delivering expert imaging support across vascular practices, cardiology offices, urgent cares, podiatry, pain management, and more. Makenzie leads with an unwavering commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Dr. Ayad Agha, DO
Dr. Ayad Agha, DO brings an unmatched background including a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology and Interventional Oncology from the University of California-San Diego, a Doctorate of Pharmacy from The Ohio State University, a Masters in Nuclear Pharmacy from the University of Southern California, and a Medical Degree from Midwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. A popular and renowned Interventional Radiologist, Dr. Agha is an expert in his field and is a key component in ensuring our company provides the best diagnostic services.

Jonathan Apodaca
Jonathan Apodaca Jonathan has provided exceptional medical care in the greater Western United States for the past 20 years. He started his career in ultrasound at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix Area. From there he joined Philips Healthcare as an Ultrasound Clinical Expert, and eventually went on to join Siemens Healthcare in a similar role. He has consulted for multiple entities across the Valley with great success. Jonathan has also maintained his position as an Advisory Board member for West Coast Ultrasound Institute. With much excitement he is now the CGO for Mobile Medical Diagnostics.

Dr. Lou Ivanovic, MD
Dr. Lou Ivanovic received his cardiology training at the University of Illinois and spent the majority of his career in Chicago practicing clinical, diagnostic, invasive, and interventional cardiology. Much of his work focused on treating symptomatic and critically ill patients, with a strong emphasis on hospital-based care. In recent years, his professional focus has shifted toward preventive cardiology. He founded, developed, and directed the Early Vascular Disease Detection and Prevention Program at Cardiovascular Consultants in Phoenix, which utilized AI-augmented cardiac CT imaging to detect and analyze early vascular disease and plaque development.
Dr. Kamalani Hanamaikai, DO
Dr. Kamalani Hanamaikai, DO, is a distinguished board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology, specializing in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. Dr. Hanamaikai furthered his medical training at The University of Arizona in Tucson, where he completed his internship in Internal Medicine, Residency in Diagnostic Radiology, and Fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. He has developed expertise in a wide range of advanced Interventional Radiologic procedures, including atherectomy, interventional oncology, interventional pain, vertebral augmentation, musculoskeletal procedures, trauma management, and many other advanced Interventional Radiologic procedures.
Dr. David Wilcoxson, MD
Dr. David Wilcoxson is a cardiologist in Mesa, AZ and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Banner Baywood Medical Center and Banner Heart Hospital. He received his medical degree from University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine and has been in practice 30 years. He is experienced in general cardiology, pericardiocentesis, echocardiography, stress echocardiography, and transesophageal echocardiography, Coronary stenting, Varicose vein treatment.
